About
My Style
I teach students, school staff, administrators and parents. These sessions are reflective and experiential in nature. I also coach individuals and families.
Before Our First Session
I'm approachable, motivated and supportive. I believe in them and their ability to make the constructive changes they wish to make.
I Am Best With
I work best in schools where I have a deep background and I'm able to relate with the varied groups in an educational or coaching capacity, as I wear the many hats of a teacher, a parent, a principal, a consultant and coach.

I tend to refer out individual and couples counselling.
Outside the Practice
I'm an author. I'm very active as President of the Solution Focused Brief Therapy Association. I am a proud mother, partner, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. I like to read, paint, garden and canoe. I love nature and enjoy the great outdoors both in winter and summer.
What Shaped My Practice
The practices and principles of Solution Focus aligned with my convergent backgrounds in Education and Psychology, supporting an explicit intention to developing productive relationships that support success.
