As the founder of the Canadian Positive Psychology Association, I’ve spent many years helping to grow and translate the science of wellbeing into practical, real-world application. In my current work, I support senior leaders and cross-functional teams who are navigating complexity, pressure, and misalignment, helping them move forward in a way that builds clarity, ownership, and real momentum. My approach integrates positive psychology with performance science and solution-focused methods, with a strong focus on helping people make better decisions and execute more effectively. I’ve consistently seen that when we focus on what’s already working and where we want to go next, people feel more capable, more engaged, and more willing to take meaningful action.
