Before our first session, just show up. That is the hardest part and it is enough.

I am best with veterans, first responders, and men raised on the expectation that toughness means silence.
Referrals Welcome
I welcome referrals for PTSD, moral injury, and men in early substance use recovery who are ready to look underneath.
I Refer Out For
I refer out for medication management, neuropsychological evaluation, and child custody assessments.
Outside the Practice
Outside the office, I restore old trucks, volunteer at the San Antonio Food Bank, and coach my daughter's softball team.
What Shaped My Practice
Twelve years in the Army before becoming a counsellor means I understand service culture from the inside — the pride, the cost, and the silence that surrounds both.
